If you’re after scenic ocean views we’d recommend Aberystwyth’s south beach and harbour – it’s much quieter than the town’s main north beach and features gentler, sloping beaches. If you want the perfect place to catch the sunset, then a trek up to the top of Constitution Hill is more than worth it. It’ll take you about 40 minutes, but you’ll be rewarded with cliff-top views and one of the most stunning sunsets in the UK.
The Aberystwyth Castle is another popular tourist attraction. The castle is believed to have been built sometime in the 13th century and is one of the best-preserved examples of a medieval fortress in Wales.
